Through evidence-based instruction and real-world applications, these courses equip social workers with the knowledge and skills needed to provide effective, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care. Emphasis is placed on assessment, engagement, clinical intervention, family support, crisis response, and coordination with military, VA, and community-based resources. Collectively, these courses support social workers in strengthening resilience, improving outcomes, and delivering ethical, informed services to service members, veterans, and their families while meeting continuing education requirements.
